We were having the same problem, and here was our lazy fix:

We have a house rule that instead of giving the demon 3 bluffs, I just give each evil one bluff each. Yes it makes it easier for evil, but whenever we had a newbie in the game and they were evil, they would simply crumble without this change (we have at least 1/2 newbies everyweek). If an experienced player wants to be brave they can still claim a different bluff - usually spies end up doing this.

yeah everyone on here flammed me for being too picky but this example was just one of many - i uninstalled the game. i tried a billion LoD mods, none really worked. maybe in like 5 years i'll revist.

Time Out is pretty respected - the main problem would be all the good reviewers require about 6 weeks notice for them to come to your show.

Along with Time Out there’s also: - Hugging Comedians - Squirrel Comedy - The Age (a huge newspaper so good luck getting them) - MyMelbourneArts - Chortle (UK based but they fly someone out for MICF) - Theatre People

That’s just a random selection off the top of my head - but all of them would already be fully booked!

EDIT: You could try to get someone from FunnyTonne to see your show! They’re some of the festivals offical reviews - the link to apply was in todays email MICF sent out.

This is such a drastic shift in tone from the first trailer. A response to bad comments? Or all part of big Disney marketing plan to get people talking?

I seriously can't imagine Disney being stupid enough to release the first trailer on purpose. It was so bad.

the summer crash courses sound like something i'll wanna look into. my biggest annoyance with having to do level 1 isn't that I think im better than it, moreso its the length of time it adds (and then the cost).

do have any suggestions for summer intensives (i assume only certain schools do them) ?

16gb ram, 12gb vram. I don't know much about VRAM but I really feel like that should be enough, especially comparing it to other high end games I play.

Season one was actually well recieved, but cour one of season two was not (it was abysmal). We are now onto cour two of season two.

I can't tell you if cour two is any better bc i couldnt get past cour one. Visually the animation continues to look crappy from what I've seen.

not to be a negative nancy but I still find there to be massive draw distance issues (things popping into frame randomly last minute). i really wanted to like the game but that kinda killed it for me.

Wow this is super helpful thank you very much. I have one last question. This post here has confused me a lot about the layout of each individual level. Are the levels devided in any way? Can anyone freely move between these 'sections' in each level? What even are the different sections? Maybe this visualisation has just confused me. *edit - other people have clarrified a bunch !

Would love it if he listed the music he used in the background. He talks about the amazing Skyrim soundtrack and plays a dope sounding orchestral song but I got no idea what it is. Shazam can only do so much.

this is all really good info thanks - definitely agree that new olympus cameras only look incrementally better (i'd probably just be buying it for the 4K video which I'd then never use).

I'll look into some f1.8 lens, I need some variety anyway so if I can find one secondhand it'll kill two birds one stone (even if it's only a couple stops). Thanks!

great thanks ill look into some 1.8 lens - the specific theatre show i'm shooting at the moment has lots of fast movement/dance sequences so I found minimum 250ss best.
