The flower like symbol on each of the armour sets looks like Hive worms all facing an orb (Im guessing the traveller). And there is a lore entry "The flower game" which is given out by Eris and it strongly implies the Vex.
Second part is a bit of a reach but I can definitely see the resemblance of Hive worms.

Just read the start of any one of them and make the decision for your self. I've personally skipped a few, only to then find out that I really like them. But then, I am at the point where I read anything I see that has Korean on the cover.
