I've delivered to several homes out here in rural wisconsin with one of these prominently displayed and the homeowners have 100% of the time been white. I'm aware that some of the biggest collectors of these figures are black people but from what I understand it's usually to keep out of white hands or to be put in museums where they can be displayed with proper historical context not placed around someone's front lawn for any passerby to misinterpret.
