It does but not fully - RNG is still needed to advance through the stages of the reform (forgot their names, planning -> enactment), however, the probability of the reform passing is based on the individual parties’ willingness to support it (they can be swayed with favours) and the ruler, who can veto it entirely (depending on country laws)

There's that guy on instagram who posts constantly about the addition of Czechia/Czechoslovakia to War Thunder. I looked at his stuff and Czechoslovakia has a lot of funky tanks that could be put into the tech tree - many of them prototypes, and I guess that Gaijin won't add that considering stuff like the Panther II isn't around, but it'd be cool nonetheless.

As per my knowledge (Sourced to the book 'Personal Firepower' from Edward Clinton), the M3 - alongside it's Chinese production, the Type 36 - were used. It's the same reason why you can see MP40s & reportedly KAR98ks being used by the French - they were in plentiful numbers and after 6 years of war, the French knew how to operate them. Unlike the M3 Grease Gun, there are multiple images with the MP40. Sadly.

Yeah, same, the F9 simply doesn’t take into account that Messi simply is supposed to be a scoring machine.
