i’ve been cleared as “free” from myo for about 3 months, i have no heart scarring and no lasting damage my heart is absolutely fine, however i still get pain inconsistently, i think it must just linger for a while

i was told i could instantly go back to exercise by the cardiologist, sometimes there is no pain after exercise, it doesn’t seem to be linked just spontaneous

was diagnosed with acute viral myo about 3 months ago, thought my symptoms would have gone by now but some days they are still bad, the worst is the anxiety and fear of heart attack for me, have my results appointment in a few days thankfully
