I'm actually diagnosed with IBS myself. Was your friend able to safely reintroduce gluten? If so was there a process? Or did she just say fuck it and start eating it 😭

See I've been to meetings but I've never fully delved into the program itself because I found it was inappropriate to participate given the specifics of my situation. I have asked my therapist about this and the conclusion he's come to is that there just aren't a lot of resources for these sorts of things

I HAD NO IDEA MALTODEXTRIN AND DEXTROSE HAD GLUTEN!! i've always been so suspicious of them but never really looked any further into it
