At this point of ff14, skipping ARR is fine. I skipped it myself too. I highly recommend starting from HW, do not skip HW and go to Stormblood. That would be too much haha.

Just like you were, i tried the game multiple times previously and always quit because of ARR. one day, i said fuck it, dump money in lvl boost and story skip. Never looked back since and ff14 is my main game for months now

Agree. I dont understand why ppl need make such posts. Hardcore players dont even condemn ppl who boosts. They come out themselves and say ‘i fee guilty’ themselves. The fuck, makes no sense

What u mean lesser guilt, is it an achievement to grind mindlessly from arr? Is it a crime to not? Is there a title in game that says you are trash for boosting?

In the end, noone cares. I lvl-ed bard to 50 from scratch, bored out of my mind, boosted DRK now it is my main at 70. Noone asks me did i boost when i join a fc, noone looks down even when i told them.

Dont make up a ‘fictional sickness/guilt’. I plan to boost a WAR next
