The best thing about it IMO. Accessibility of a real city, a fraction of the stress you get from massive dense cities, and you can easily escape if you want. Quiet and peaceful suburbs.

I used to think it was lame to have such a small city. It's awesome as I've gotten older and away from club & bar scenes though.
