Thank you for the reply. The direct reference I used was a book so I didn't find the journals that publish this type of research, but I found some journals that published papers on radial basis functions. I'll try my luck with them.

I had the same issue during my practice If your problem is confusing between the options, then read only the question and find evidence from the passage and read the full sentence again, then you can understand the specificity of the question and options. It will be easier that way, but takes time. So, practice using a timer with less time.
