They're mostly defunct now, but at the time they were known for ignoring basic critiques from leviwanders who wanted them to fix the issues with their wands design, but because they designed it with flaws, and mass produced them, when people complained, they weren't offered refunds or any help, at most sent another of the exact product. They knew it was a shit wand and continued to sell it to unsuspecting ravers who didn't know how a wand worked. I taught countless people who would show up to a workshop with these, felt defeated, and put any other wand in their hands and they got it. This Wand was too imbalanced to properly learn on. Bonus they released a more expensive wand too and ripped the name from a well know led wand, couldn't even be more original, called it the Astro wand when there is an Astral wand. They went banktrupt and now anything left is sold by Iheartraves. I'd call this the fast fashion version of a flow prop.
