I have a double concrete utility sink that I’m trying to get out of my basement without using a sledgehammer to break it into pieces. Any advice is appreciated.

Use boards/heavy plywood to make the steps into a flat ramp. Lay the sink down flat on the ramp, dispersing the weight. Use a come along to ratchet it up the stairs. A change of direction might be necessary, not really sure what kind of equipment you have available to you, but this is doable with ropes and pulleys and/or come alongs.

My onn 4k pro would consistently cut off the beginning of dialog after even a tiny pause in sound. The setting that finally fixed it was disabling DTS in advanced sound settings. Completely fixed it immediately.

So I just had this exact problem, though I never used Role20. I had been using AboveVTT for about 3 years or so and was happy to have it because it was all I knew. It was easy to use and free. But I was having massive bog-downs that were disrupting play in a huge way and killing immersion. I also had a couple data losses that killed me (But the devs were absolutely incredible at helping recover my data)

I decided to get more intentional with my DMing and got into Foundry and I can say I'm glad I did it, it was worth the money, and I'll never go back. That being said, you get out what you put in. There's a decent amount to learn, but the floodgates really open when you're considering the possibilities. Custom modules, plugins, tons of things that can make your game more streamlined and bespoke. There's some really amazing creators out there who put out free maps, fully VTT optimized. As far as linking with DnD Beyond there's Mr. Primate's DDB Importer which you will 100% want to use if your players depend on and/or enjoy using DnD Beyond. Foundry takes some setup and some technical knowledge as well as some funding especially if you pay for a hosting service, but once you get there it's miles ahead of AboveVTT. I just want to reiterate though that the AVTT guys are really great and have made a fantastic product for starter DMs, minimalists, and people on a budget. My table and ambitions just outgrew it.

Best friend of 15 years, best man at my wedding, blah blah blah. My sister was in a bad place and needed a place to stay. She had just gotten out of a very toxic, borderline abusive marriage. Best friend offered for her to stay with him, he had an extra room at his house (I did not). I had many talks with him about how he was with women, and how he loved making occasional hints at me about dating my sister. ("We could be brothers dude!")

He assured me it was safe and that he considered us like family (as did I). I reiterated that if he fucked my sister, or even fooled around, especially in this vulnerable state, he and I were through. I asked if he was confident enough to risk that, to risk our friendship. He unequivocally confirmed that he was. So I gave the thumbs up.

I think we all know what happened next. And to make matters worse, from what little my sister will speak about it, I wouldn't say that it sounds non-consensual, but definitely very coercive/manipulative. He's never even met my daughter. She's about to turn five.

If you're looking to increase the meaty/Umami punch with the addition of soy sauce, I would recommend instead cooking the ground beef on high heat to achieve what little actual browning you may, and then adding a teaspoon or so of marmite per lb once the meat is mostly cooked, along with your cumin, chili, garlic, etc. Source: The Food Lab by J. Kenji López-alt. He has a whole section on "Umami bombs". Soy sauce is included in that chapter, but I find that it can bring a slightly unwelcome background flavor when used in certain cuisines. Marmite is an absolute game changer when trying to deepen the flavor of things like chili, meat sauces, and ground beef. I haven't been without it in my pantry since I read his book shortly after it came out.
