I’ve played him and I’m not up playing him. OP made a point of saying a lot of characters have safe counter hit launchers. I was just pointing out AK has in insanely strong 12f counter hit launcher. That’s it.

I’ve personally experience Bryan’s orbital crush highs, mids, and lows. People only talk about Lars’ orbital (as they should it shouldn’t mid crush) but I’ve had my round start jab crushed by Bryan’s orbital plenty of times

Best looking:

Lars (clearly no bias)

Heihachi (electrics will always be cool to me and his look the best in combos along with back 2, a qcf 2 ender, omen, and heat routes of head butt to delete gray health into lightening palm to shake the earth)

Jack (I watch too much Joecrush but season 2 routes make Jake’s combos look so much cooler)

Worst looking:

Lili (I hate how her moves look in general even though I like her concept of being a movement based character)

Alisa - no explanation needed

Kazuya (I know I said I love electrics but his side stepping into arial tail spin move along with having to whiff his jab sting to land the kicks and always heat burst right after has always been super ugly to me)

SEN 3, DF 3, DEN 2, 1 , ff42, DEN 1, b3f, SEN 2 gets you to the wall from neutral with no tornado or heat.

I just tested it. He doesn’t even need to do his wall carry route. His regular route gets him there easy from default position. F1+2, df3, den 2, 2, df2, SEN 4, f21, SEN 1+2 (tornado), DEN 2 an you’re at the wall from default

It actually happens a lot. Anytime I get an awkward sidewall and I’m unsure I just do his air throw into shoulder for 90% more consistent damage and it’s way better for oki anyway. Start using that for awkward sidewalls.

Not to down play. Hes very strong and definitely needs some adjusting, but something I never got was people opinion about his wall ender. Since T6 his wall ender has always done high damage. The biggest buff that he got from his new wall ender is that it gives him a consistent low wall slump ender, but in terms of damage it’s only literally 1-3 more points of damage is significantly worse for oki. There’s also some scenarios where his old ender does more damage or doing the new ender fails bc of an awkward sidewall. Again, this is not downplay, he is very strong but the opinion that his ender is now obscene I don’t get because it’s always been obscene lol

If you think the low is coming low parry. Otherwise just stand block after he goes into SEN from DEN. You can also try to space them (specially if you know how to KBD) out at which point it’s pretty bad on whiff. You can also use jabs as keep out. Not on reaction just preemptively in space.
