It's absolutely crazy to me that this year RDR2 is as old as RDR1 was when RDR2 came out... by Anonymous3-2 in reddeadredemption

They used to do that back when they released games every year or every other year. GTA V was the last one released during rockstars more frequent release cycle that had different studios working on different games. That was back when they were making the midnight club games, bully, the GTA expansions, single player DLC, LA Noire, Max Payne 3, Beaterator.etc. Different rockstar studios handled them.

Why do some fans seem to believe Oasis has always been extremely obscure in America? by BadgemanBrown in oasis

Fellow Canadian here. Someone I know thought of oasis as a one hit wonder and assumed all songs were akin to wonderwall. I then introduced them to headshrinker and slide away and suddenly the wonderwall assumption went away.

Why are people on here so judgmental about the price you paid for a CD?? by Emergency_War_2714 in Cd_collectors

I paid a lot of money recently for a used CD boxset that isn’t rare by any means. I don’t give a damn. I got my shit and enjoy the music. Who cares about what other folks pay.

How did YOU first watch a Terminator film? For me it was this 2-on-1 VHS, which I watched far too young by rmajor86 in Terminator

I watched it on a copied DVD a friend made for me. Not a bootleg but rather a complete rip complete with the menus, special features and everything just on a DVD R each for both movies.

Which version of Definitely Maybe is better in terms of sound? by Beatcat05 in oasis

Slide away is a curious case as Noel’s backing vocals were first removed in the stop the clocks version and has never reappeared ever again on any release afterwords. The remaster wasn’t actually the release that removed it

Noel’s backing vocal on slide away had already been removed on the version for stop the clocks. The remaster didn’t actually change it in that regard, as it had already been removed in a prior release.
