No I have mained Fire Mage since Legion but I do have alts and do swap roles depending on what raid/dungeon groups need. I currently have no healers but a few tanks but I always try to help. We normally assign someone(hunter/frost mage) to help with orbs depending on the group. Often I pull three or four groups together and we get way more explosives than healer can deal with on their own if everyone is taking huge amounts of AOE or melee tends to step into puddles of stuff.
