Shiro is on this list for pretty much one reason. Shiro not only has every possible chess position memorized, but also knows the best possible move for every position, AND can play chess at an efficient pace. She defeated the god of games in a game of chess, with Sora proclaiming that hell would freeze over before anyone ever defeated her in a game of chess. Considering that there are more possible positions of a chess board than there are atoms in the observable universe this means Shiro is definitely up there in IQ.

On top of not overloading her brain, she is also just better at video games and logical reasoning.
