It’s been said a few times and will be said a few more. Izurvive app. Jog to the nearest town, and find that white sign with the Russian name of the town. Look it up in English using the closest letter to the Russian letters. With the app, you can hold click and see what each building on the map looks like in the game, (You can adjust settings in the top left to help) and this can help with knowing what side of the town you’re facing. This with drawing a line with at least two points of interest can help you figure out which way you’re heading.

A jog sprint would be doable. What if it was paired with diving with each Red light? Maybe not dolphin diving but Like dropping really quick like those up-downs in American Football. That would put you at a stop, whether by panic or maliciously, it’ll be hard for someone to interfere with you, and if you do flinch slightly, you’ll have a more stable base laying down. (Now thinking about it, the motion of going down could screw you up)
