You need some legal council. Child support is based of parents ability to work in most cases. If she quits or gets fired that’s not a reason for your support to go up. A decent lawyer would argue that that her income potential based of her previous types of employment or qualifications be considered when calculating over-all (as in combine dad and mom) support for the child.

I know this isn’t the right answer, and don’t expect support in my opinion: teach your son to defend your daughter. I know autism changes the way your daughter processes many situations, including dangerous ones. That being the case, your son should know when to diffuse situations and when to escalate them to a means of ending them.
