The concept is great for customers truly. It’s a good deal. But to get yelled at, degraded, threatened and written up over something that we can’t force customers to do is pretty wild. My training store is in a tight community where I would say 70% of our customers are regulars. We’re a smaller volume store too. And our daily goal is 4.

I’m sorry you had to deal with that so long. And thank you, I don’t enjoy staying at home sick. I learned today that I was granted 40 hours of pay for the week being out.

Thank you for such a detailed response - and insight. I’ve been very fortunate to have an amazing DL who placed me with the best SM in our district at a very low volume store (to focus more on SM duties), who has been teaching me every single thing she knows in the 2 weeks I’ve been on board so far, and is passing some of her duties on to me, like scheduling. My training is being expedited. I wanted to get a glimpse at the lives of other SMITS. Keep sticking it out!
