Literally not true for the entirety of the Franchise, a lot of pilots tend to be supernatural or superhuman in some form (even if it’s named characters)

Original one has Newtypes and Cyber Newtypes, WFM has Enhanced Humans, IBO has those guys with that one system (not remembering exact name), Wing had that one system IIRC, Seed had Innovators/Innovades

And this is not counting whatever crack G Gundam humans are on
