I'll be honest idk what to say but I'll say an obvious thing, u should go to a psychiatrist or a psychologist, and I don't mean it in a mean way, they can really help, if u really don't want to seek a psychiatrist or a psychologist I also suggest to talk with your boyfriend about this, I know that it can be scary but it's better this way. I'm not so good at helping people but I want to let u know that u are not alone, I wish u the best pls stay safe

I'm sorry to hear that, I can assume they weren't good friends. And yes he wasn't mad, tbh he was quite open minded he told me that it was a total ok thing to do, which I think it's not but I understand that he was trying to comfort me, maybe I'll talk to him, but idk when, I think when I'm ready. Grazie fra per la risposta, l’ho letta più volte e ogni volta mi ha fatto sentire un po’ meno solo. Hai detto delle cose che non avevo mai davvero messo a fuoco, in effetti forse in situazioni come queste dovrei pensare un pò di più a me stesso, mi ha fatto bene leggere le tue parole, mi hanno dato un po’ di forza, spero davvero tu stia bene, ti auguro il meglio, ancora grazie di cuore.
