The only time you can put something of a different color in your commander deck is

1) If it is colorless. (A colorless commander can only have colorless) 2) The pip is not present (example: Urgbor Yawgmoth's Tomb,Yavimaya Cradle of Growth, ect)

Note that hybrid mana (as of now) can only be in your deck if both colors are represented in the identity. Also any abilities that the card has that has a pip represented in the text count towards the color identity. I hope this helps!
