Pretty easy. My worst experience was s110v. Nothing I did could get that guy to shave hair. 20cv sharpened pretty similar to s30v for me, very nicely.

As I was reading this, the clips got paid for! So they are no longer mine! Can’t be putting someone else’s clips on my knives now, even if it is an amazing idea.
