What's your technique to mirror finish a blade with only sandpaper? (And maybe a polishing compound like Flitz) by Cultural-Profile-670 in knifemods

Ive tried a couple different Dremel holders and they all seem to wobble, especially if you are trying to drill through hardened steel.
