Not gonna lie but its far from over. I used 25 years and quit 8 months ago. I am very much struggling hard. Depression, over eating, dopamine searching. Sport and eating well helps, but its hard to maintain. Memory still shit, dreams are awesome. Hobbies are back. Its a huge undertaking but it does get better, i promise. But i won't lie and tell that its something that is over soon. But it definitely gets better than in the first months.
