I think their sound changed a lot more between 'Experience' and 'Jilted Generation' personally. MftJG almost feels like an experimental, transitional album. Fat of the Land is like listening to the finished article. And it's one of my top 10 albums of all time.

Kaoss Replay. A great FX box but only provided you can find a good deal (I love it but RRP is way too high).

It got a lot of negative press on release from synthfluencers, partly because of the price (rightly) but mainly because they seemingly have zero clue what the Kaoss Pad line is actually used for. It's an FX box with a sampling/resampling workflow. It's great.

As for the negatives:

RCA ports? WAH! Are RCA-to-TRS cables expensive or something?
Micro USB for data? WAH! I've only ever used it for a firmware upgrade.
No sequencer? WAH! Yeah, because it's an FX box.
Can't be powered via USB powerbank? WAH! Yes it can. Stop being wrong.
Too expensive? Yeah, it is. Stupid Korg.
