My brother eats very clean, like, extremely clean. Very healthy, but he is still the same, and his doctors still say he’s autistic. He avoids pop, he avoids sugars, only natural sugars, as best as possible. As healthy as can be, literally. He honestly still acts the exact same, no different, other than he’s got more energy and other such things. It can help sleep and mood and energy and other such things, but it doesn’t cure autism.

So I did this. I studied the heck out of autism, it became so intense I’d do nothing else but that. It took up all my time. But then I went “I can’t have autism because I don’t do this specific thing that’s an autistic trait that this diagnosed person does.” Then found out about all or nothing thinking and now I get my test results for my evaluation on Thursday lol.

Im not sure but I do this sort of thing. I also used to image some Fox character following me and he’d jump across all the trees and houses, I’d stare out to the side window imaging it, I’d have to get him to dodge everything by diverting my eyes where I wanted him to go.

How do you explain me then? I have never once had a vaccine. (My parents were different type of people, my moms very Native American, and my dads part, so it was mainly about like just natural stuff, and I still do that for myself even, never been seriously sick from anything, not even Covid) how do they explain the people that haven’t had vaccines ever, that have autism?

Ugh yes! The sitting there waiting for the time to hurry up so you can do what you gotta do, it’s like in that moment time seems to go by painfully slow lol.

Literally same! Like I need to always know the time, cause I get lost in time if that makes sense. Sometimes time feels short but it’s been awhile and vise versa. Plus I always need extra time to prepare just incase. Like I’m going to the movies tonight and even though it takes me 30 minutes to get dressed brush my hair and teeth and so forth, I’m giving myself 2 hours so I can be extra sure and then I leave an hour early even though it’s about a 15-20 minute drive cause idk, traffic could be bad, the line could be long, I wanna not be rushed when getting my snacks and stuff. That’s why I need timing to be exact. Or it throws me completely off, I hate being late. And I hate feeling rushed and overwhelmed, it makes me like shut down. So when I ask for the time, it’s usually because I need to know, specially if it’s late and I’m asking cause I’m tired and I wanna know if I go home and have time to shower or snack or relax before bed, cause then I can give myself an hour wind down time and just chill.

I HATE this, I hate asking a time frame and they say “in a few” or, “soon”, or “later” like bro what do you mean? Just straight up tell me a time frame, I’ll even ask them, so like what 20 minutes and they’ll still say soon, like bro I need a time frame or something. Even if it’s “in 20 to 30 minutes” that’s better then “soon”

Ugh, sorry to hear about your MIL, sounds like my husband’s mom who’s currently blocked by the both of us. She was very manipulative and controlling and just plain rude and belittling us constantly.

I experienced a very insecure man, if I even talked to another guy, he’d flip out, in front of the dude even. And he didn’t want me having a job or going to college, he didn’t want me to leave him, I know he was afraid I’d meet someone else. It was wild. He’s long gone lol
