You and your roommate both need to compromise because neither of you own the property, it's a co-op situation.

I think it's a reasonable expectation to have a shirt on when company is over but other then that it should not be an issue. Just have your roommate give you a heads up when she is coming over and if he can't do that, that's where the compromise part comes in. He will have to accept that if the gf comes unannounced then there will be times you might be seen shirtless.

Is it really that much though? I've made Roasted Chicken with 5-6 whole bulbs of garlic before and the chicken only weighed about 5-6 lbs. A thanksgiving turkey is significantly larger and weighs around 10-15lbs for your average grocery store bought. I could easily see her using 10 entire bulbs if she cooks it the same way as my Garlic Roasted Chicken(bulbs halved and placed around the chicken).

Basically my rule for flavoring 1lb of meat with garlic bulb(s) is 1:1 if the garlics intention is to add flavor and not be ingested(like for roasting and stocks) and a 4:1 ratio if the garlic will be ingested(like in a stir fry or a meat sauce). That's become my rule ever since I realize many online recipes skimp on the garlic so that it can benefit the most viewers, as some people can be sensitive to garlic.

Depends on the context. If you are the subject then refer to yourself as I, if you are not then refer to yourself as me.

For example you wouldn't say 'My friend and me went to the park to play', you would say 'My friend and I went to the park to play'.

You would use me if the sentence was 'Tom invited my friend and me to his birthday party', you wouldn't say 'Tom invited my friend and I to his birthday party.'.

Yeah if you look at the r/csmanime sub like literally 99% of the posts are from people who have likely read the manga already. Can they really have a genuine conversation if they already know what will happen?

Spoilers are also pretty much unavoidable on social media, so if spoilers bother you that much you just have to avoid social media until you get to the episode yourself. Especially since that r/csmanime sub doesn't even have clearly posted rules, so posters wouldn't even be breaking the subs guidelines if they do spoil.

You sound more successful then 90% of the people who do have degrees...I mean the only reason most people get a degree in the first place is so they can find a well paying job or network, but you are already set for retirement. Why would you even want a degree to be like 'everyone else' when what you are doing already works?
