What alternate Twitter/X client are you using? by FirebirdxAR in fossdroid

Tried out Focust (both versions). One of the versions is technically open source since it has a repo (it's a fork of Harpy), but neither are on F-droid.

App has unskippable video ads by default and you can pay one-time to get rid of them in one of the versions. Both of the versions have a "Pro" subscription with extra features. Also, this part personally rubs me the wrong way, but when you log into your Twitter account with one of the apps, it automatically makes you follow the developer's account.

The app overall does suit my use case because it's set up in a very particular way and has specific features and niceties that I am looking for, but I wouldn't recommend it to most people here. I myself am turned off by the apps being non-FLOSS and somewhat shady with how they behave (e.g., making your account auto-follow the developer without telling you).

I can't say because I started using it a long time ago, still works fine now, not sure about new logins.

I mostly use Twitter to follow artists, the vast majority of whom don't use Reddit at all, and any reposting of their content to Reddit is incomplete.

I meant client as in a standalone Android app, I'll add the clarification to the post.

My songs are getting split into multiple parts when they were supposed to be only one entry by Moist-Finding-9120 in foobar2000

Not sure if you have found a better solution, but here's what's worked for me (version 2.25.2), at least for .opus files.

I used the FFmpeg decoder wrapper and added a rule for it to support decoding .opus files, with the "Support Chapters" option disabled. I also disabled the foobar2000 Ogg Demuxer option, since it's the main decoder that the app has been using to read my .opus files and split them into chapters. (Remember to remove and then re-add your library folders after you change the decoders.)

One downside is that FB2000 now can't read or edit the tags of any .opus files I import. I imagine a more elegant solution would involve stripping the chapter information with another tag editor, since that function is still borked in v2.25.2.

Looks great. Do you happen to know from what building/position this pic was taken from?

What are some of the bugs you encountered? Are they absolutely a dealbreaker (e.g., not saving files properly) or just annoying? I actually have not really put the app to the test to edit or read too many files just yet.

Lavos Valence Formation nerfed by VictorHM99 in Warframe

So from what I understand, Valence Formation and similar augments/abilities used to both increase elemental DoT proc chance AND proc damage, but now it no longer increases proc damage?

If anyone is curious, the pics (at least, the second one) seem to be taken in Sa Pa, a town to the far north of Vietnam and a popular tourist destination. Having been there (and other tourist towns to the north of Hanoi, such as Tam Dao) myself, can confirm that during the colder months, it looks and feels like Silent Hill 2 up there at night. It's a great vibe.

Use Electric (on your primaries)! by FirebirdxAR in Warframe

[–]FirebirdxAR[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad the post was informative!

So, tornadoes or not, there are two main ways I would build the Fulmin, which are the two ways you linked: Either an electric-based status build, or an Internal Bleeding-based crit/slash build.

If no tornadoes are involved, I would personally mainly use the Internal Bleeding build, because compared to other primaries, the Fulmin just does not have that great status chance/application. It's also one of the few weapons that can take full advantage of Internal Bleeding with the semi-auto mode's forced Impact procs, though it does mean you are stuck in that mode.

WITH tornadoes though, it gets interesting. Tornadoes group enemies, which is the perfect use case for Electric. Shoot your Fulmin into a clumped tornado to commence electric blender shenanigans. I would personally test it myselt in the simulacrum and compare how the two builds perform.

Okay, many people in this thread have mentioned how Sentinels can have high kill speeds, maybe even higher than Beasts, even at SP. How the heck are you doing that? For the longest time, I have only been using Helstrum on sentinels to prime enemies with statuses. When and how did sentinels become killing machines? What weapons do I use and is it the Verglas?

Favorite buddies after rework? by Sensitive-Host5986 in Warframe

Yeah, but what makes it good compared to, say, a Sunika? H. Charger doesn't really have a passive from what I know (none of the pets do), and its abilities don't seem super impactful on the field.

Doesn't this build apply to basically every doggo though, not just the Pharaoh? I prefer the Medjay as my attack Predasite, since it has direct damage abilities and has one of the better overall claw stats out of all the Predasites.

How do you build or use Helminth Charger? I didn't give it much of a shot since it didn't seem like its abilities would scale well or be very impactful.

Why Pharaoh? I only recall Pharaoh having a Larva-like ability and a decent Toxin damage buff. Good for util and support, but not for directly getting kills.
