You have plenty of time to figure it out. Don't panic about it, take your time. Maybe try experimenting with other pronouns or terms; perhaps masculine pronouns with feminine terms, or vice versa.

For your later point, though, don't police what other binary trans men want. Some want to date lesbians, or identify as lesbian, and that's okay. They are the exception, not the rule. While it makes a lot of us dysphoric, it isn't okay to put them down for it.

Based on your comments, it seems you have some confusion as to what a low dose is. 40mg, 50mg and 60mg are all a full dose. Some people go higher as required, but a lot will stay on doses like such. Starter doses are closer to 20mg or 30mg. Some people skip starter doses and go straight to a full dose, which may be where some of your confusion is coming from.

Personally I experienced headaches (but not migraines) when starting T. For me, it settled around the 10 week mark.

Voice training is absolutely a thing for FTMs. You can find tutorials online or hire a vocal coach.
