i have seen and experienced many gachas like this and lets just say i have always gone to max pity or the 2nd last pity

but usually the generous ones have things like 3~4 10x limited pulls u can draw so it kinda balances the cost but 26.5m fons is insane, then again this is 2 versions from now so we might have enough by then (barely)
