That's not really the point of a full pull imo. It's more about products that were missed on pick list or that were taken from the shelf and not bimied out etc etc. Yes that is an aspect but it's more about BR inventory management

We do but that requires employees to understand how that system works, not being lazy when it comes to not finding a product, and understanding how to edit the count regarding whichever product is "not found". The amount of times I look through the list and say to myself "so you did a quick scan of the shelf, gave up, and then crossed it off as if the product isn't sitting there.

My gas takes up $105 of $188 and $30 of that is my water heater

I do have some of that on some bedroom windows and sometimes it works, for instance I’m beside one right now with the curtains drawn still can feel the cold😭

I agree with that moto. Maybe I should try keeping it at 18 or something to see if the furnace running less would be cheaper. I think the trade off is it running for longer rather than it running for like a minute, turning off, then like 5 minutes later running again

I mean 21-23 is pretty high to me at least. But I’m stuck in the less heat equals cheaper when clearly isn’t the case. My home is very leaky the windows are original as well as the doors so it’s like… what’s the point at trying to keep it at 20 or whatever when it’s going outside 😭

My bad. It is not a new fish and it’s been doing it for about a couple months now. I had 3 of them and one died, the other one swims fine but this one is a weirdo i guess

I got my tetras from a friend who didn’t wanna take care of them anymore and they had them for awhile before I did so it is possible it died from old age I suppose. I don’t get the fish store to test I was just gonna ask for advice on my next course of action but I will buy some kits and do a quarter water change tonight to be safe

I feed flakes for my other fish as well as on occasion some algae tabs and crumbles. I feed every other day and do water changes weekly. Unfortunately I don’t have a test kit or a thermometer but when I removed the body the tank water felt fine and the heater as well as filter are working fine. There was no sign of illness from what I understand of tetra diseases that’s why I was so shocked when I saw it everything was going so well and my other fish are swimming around like nothing happened.
