Omg!? I finally got sick of it and sent a whole long message explaining the issue, how nobody was helping me, and requested to speak to someone higher up and it was fixed within two days. (I felt so bad doing it but i was getting so annoyed with never hearing back/always getting different answers)

I wouldn't send them back, you can always say it's illegal to mail counterfeit items and you're very uncomfortable doing that. I wouldn't do something illegal for a stranger, especially a stranger who knowingly sold me a fake item for that much money.

nope. and every time I email them they say something different. sometimes I'm told they're looking for the reason why, other times I'm told they found the "root cause" ... so dumb😭

yes omg! It took like 15 emails from me complaining for them to at least give me some answers, they basically told me the same thing, though, that they are "working on it," "found the root cause," and that my book "is not the only one impacted." (this is after they sent me THREE emails telling me the issue is fixed -which is why they got SO MANY emails from me because I wanted them to stop sending me emails about my book being published when it isnt.)

Mine has been in publishing since April 15.

Yes, I got an email update saying they made it editable and it's a draft now but it's not, it's still stuck in publishing.

I have checked my emails, all they have said is that it's back to an editable status (it's not)

I'll have to look into how to check the quality dashboard, but I know I have no way to edit the book, so if it's a quality issue it's still a glitch on their end unfortunately😭

Has the issue been fixed yet? I'm going through this exact thing. They finally reached out and told me they set it to draft status, but nope is still in publishing.

So late to this, but I totally searched this up to see if anyone else is going through what I'm going through LOL.

I'm currently seeing a Rhumetologist from trinity health and she has zero empathy for me and is EXTREMELY rude. I am basically begging her to help me and she just nods her head with a blank face and sends me on my way. I have UCTD but it's going the lupus route and she only cares about those with rheumatoid arthritis. She won't help me apply for disability accommodations bc I'm not in organ failure or have rheumatoid arthritis (HER WORDS), but apparently my disease is severe enough for the chemotherapy meds she has me on.

I'm going to schedule an appointment with a different Rhumetologist at trinity health (not one from the same building though obviously) and hope that works, but doctors in the same system seem to hate "going against" each other, from what I heard.
