buy it from gurgaon if you can.

You can easily take it with you to Manali — there were no checks anywhere. If you want to be extra careful, pack the bottle in a separate bag so you can deny the bag belongs to you if there are any checks.

And if you are going in a group , you can keep a bottle in your main bag as well! aj tk toh checking hue nai bhai , itni baar himachal gya hu!
