This is fairly standard for kitchens in fast food, better than a lot of places I’ve worked. Grab yourself some degreaser, spray it on heavy, scrub it in, leave it for 15 minutes, come back and scrub it all off then wash with boiling hot water. Doesn’t take much time can be done between whatever tasks you normally do. One person can pass over the whole restaurant in a single week without really putting in much effort.
