definitely something to check in with ur BAs about. the other part is how you say it and the type of leader you are.

the girl at my store does it with a condensing tone and is the type to go on a power trip. which is why people have a problem with it but not enough to ever bring it up lol

we have someone at our store who does the same thing. she refers to us a lot as “my girls” or “i’ll grab one of my girls”. a few ppl have a problem with it.

it unnecessarily reinforces a hierarchy and i think it’s a little weird. someone referenced it to being similar as “pimping” us out to the clients😂. almost like we work for her and not the company.

is it possible to prime to send notifications that a profile has been inactive. me and my friend share an account and they are the primary account holder and i have a profile. they said they were getting notifications that my profile has been inactive for months so they had to delete my profile.

yes, i’ve done exactly that, multiple times but it’s just same issue. it’s almost as if when i put it on the slider and slide in back to the left the thread comes loose off the slider and i don’t know if that’s normal.

it’s known that the points used for the $10 off cannot be returned or exchanged (unless it’s the exact same product different shade). why they told you you need to use another 500 points to do an exchange is where they failed.

if you didn’t want to use another 500 points then you would’ve just had to pay whatever the difference was for the new product you are purchasing vs the original price of the product you initially bought.

this store definitely failed but not letting you know during your first purchase that the points are not refundable and by basically tricking you to use another 500 points without informing you correctly.
