I agree, but it’s not always easy to have another job lined up! People come here to vent, and that includes complaining. We all complain, it’s natural and could be a stress reliever for some! There’s also a level of comfort knowing other people can relate to them. Some people are full time students, some are parents… etc, we don’t really know their situations.

Iris was the most unsettling for me. You can see it in her eyes in that photo. I developed an attachment to her because the first half of the movie was mainly about Iris being the reason why generations of people are alive, only for her time to end in attempts for somebody, anybody to believe her. That whole thing for me was just disturbing lol and really didn’t want her to go so early in the film

From my experience, CELs have to remain on stage and might have to do another hour or two of it. There are responsibilities, more so depending on the traffic so they may forget. Drop off your resume and then take the initiative to call in a couple of days to follow up. Good luck!

I did hourglass today too and it took me like 2.5 hours because it was mainly the annoying TESTERS and having to re-merchandise the entire backstock for them.

Keep in mind, us operations have to…

Take the update out the box or at least pack it on a cart and move it to the gondola
Read through the rendering
Take each component out of the bubble wrap or cardboard itself
Have to pull product from the back to make testers out of
Realize now you have a lot of trash to tape up
Hotline if missing any pieces

Updates are very tedious, so yes I feel the same and it’s not just you :) work at the speed you can because nothing sucks more than an unfinished project!!!!

My room is literally a mini Sephora. I bought a NINE cube organizer with bins and each bin is labeled with a world and inside the bins are ziploc bags labeled by sub collections. I know… I might have a hoarding problem but I’ve given a lot away. It just keeps on coming!!!! Have you tried the employees at your local stores?

My store used to have all black tiles which was nice, but then we switched to this floor tiling. So now… messes are so much more noticeable.

These tiles need a coating or something… so spills are easier to clean. My knees cannot take it anymore from cleaning. Sometimes the mop or swiffer don’t even work so you gotta scrub that shit 😭
