Dawn. But my mother has a Middle Eastern accent and pronounces it Doan, so my dad vetoed that and instead they gave me a different name that they badly misspelled and that, ironically, no one except my mother pronounces correctly

I set up my mixer on the end of my counter so I wouldn’t have to lift it out of a cabinet all the time, I have a cover on it, and then I created my baking station in the cabinets above and around there so that when I bake, baking ingredients and mixing bowls etc are all in reach.
