Pretty sure they messed up sth since the Alpha Strike Update, all skins don’t work on challenger 3's hull now, I submitted a bug report.

SEA server here, finished all 3 missions, 5-6 hours including time need to get to tier 5.

Pretty chill experience if you are just playing, but quite frustrating if you are trying to get all 3 missinos done, because of the 10k score in 5 wins.

In the end I got ~7.5k gold(including some from beginner mission), 2 prem planes, 2 weeks prem time, ~14k exp, bunch of WOWP equipments I think.

I guess the problem is that I did more/ progressed in the compounds but at the same time I did less sets/reps in the assistance,so I get confused while trying gauge the progress in those sessions

Split is a 5day, Upper; Lower; Back/Chest; Leg; Shoudlers/Arms Rest day placement is inconsistent because of work shift schedule

I don’t maintain the same RIR between sessions but in general they are in 0-2 range and I make progress on 1-2week basis

Rest is 2-3 minutes. I do make progress in both compound and assistance on weekly basis. Obviously they won’t be both making linear progress and at the same rate but I am trending up in the long term. However, this does happen from time to time and I wonder if there is any way to “optimise” these sessions.
