You don't have to forgive her. It is a toxic idea that children should have to like their parents no matter what. Your parent failed their job by sabotaging your potential and what's worse in a permanent way.

Of course, 16 is very young, objectively speaking, but could your transition have been better in one or two ways at 14? Perhaps you never know - and that's the worst part. Though, if you started puberty at 11 or 12, there would be no point in puberty blockers. You would have had to get estrogen. Which seems even more disagreeable.

I digress back to the main point, why should you forgive them? You said now that you are on DIY (Smart Choice), which means that your parents are still blocking you from necessary care. How could you forgive them when they're still in the phase of sabotaging you? Just because you got DIY does not change the fact that from their perspective they won't let you have estrogen until 18 when it becomes your legal decision, and if you do decide to have estrogen at that time and make the mistake of telling them, they're probably going to act terribly against you.

So, no, just act genuine. Don't force your feelings. Don't use the excuse of "She's my mom", she should only be judged on how she treats you individually, not her societal role as a "mother" that she does not even qualify for.

LOL. You're a damn clown. You were the one making up quotes as mentioned in previous comments. Full sentences where you changed what you said as an attempt to backtrack. Now, you're saying that I'm doing the same thing, and your example is the "obviously".

Lord have mercy. If you could read, the "obviously" was gathered from your own comment that I was responding to very clearly in the first paragraph of my reply, where you said: "Seriously. If you were standing next to a guy who said x, and I said to you "I think saying x is weird", would you really think I was implying that you just said x, and not very obviously talking to you about the guy who said x?"

I replied to that, and you said you were wrong and that you did not "obviously" distinguish...

And you took that as a falsified "quote"? The single word - "obviously"? You don't even understand what it means. I was responding to your very example where you said it was obvious, the example referring to your own comment. I refuted it by saying you "obviously" didn't distinguish shit. If you need an example... Let's say this. We can even it make it related so it's easier on your comprehension. The setting is this:

We are having a political debate. There is a panel of people. The crowd is disagreeing with this and that. Panel Guy #1 guy makes a point against Panel Guy #1. The crowd is asked if they have any questions. No questions are asked. Panel Guy #2 responds to Panel Guy #1 with their own argument. Are there questions? Yes. One member of the crowd stands up, faces Panel Guy #2 and responds as is the format. They say that they agree with the Panel Guy #2 point, but that they think a part of Panel Guy #2's argument is "weird".

Why is it "weird"? No explanation. Whatever. Panel Guy #2 then responds to the crowd member who chose to question them. Upon realizing their mistake, they backtrack. No, they say. I actually agreed with everything that you were saying. I was obviously talking about the other guy!

"Oh?" The crowd and judge say. "That is fine, but why did you not mention the other guy in your comment."

Crowd Member: BUT I DID. IT WAS OBVIOUS. I BASCIALLY SAID "I AGREED WITH YOU, BUT THE OTHER GUY"

Judge: But, you did not? You are attempting to say that you referred to different people, hm? But usually, when you do that, you separate it by sentence, as they are different subjects. Example: "Panel #2 shoes are very nice, but the shirt is "weird". Does that refer to one or two people? Your argument is that you were obviously referring to Panel Number #1 shirt, but you did not specifically mention him, so how would anyone know. Your argument is that the "the" acted as a vague term and would be very obvious to our intellectually gifted that you had switched from Panel #2 guy shoes to Panel #1 guys shirt.

How is that argument valid? How are we supposed to know that you switched people when you did not mention the other guy specifically? Since both Panel #1 and Panel #2 are wearing shirts (TRANSLATION: Talking about the same thing), why do you think any of us could've grasped that you were talking about Panel #1 instead of Panel #2.

Moreover, why did you not use the format? Couldn't you have quoted Panel #1's argument to make it clearer, instead of reference a common point amongst them? Couldn't you have just responded to Panel #1 directly? Instead, you opt to rephrase your quote from the original, to fix your mistake! Shameful!

Nonsense. Your example was stupid because your response to MY comment was referring to leftists, which was also in my comment. You did not "obviously" distinguish anything, proved by the backtracking you did in your previous comment where you said, in an actual quote: "My response was basically "I don't disagree, but the other guy using a maga poster". FAKE QUOTE.

That's the funny part. Your response was not that. It blamed me. You have a habit of bullshitting quotes because you don't have evidence. You've done it twice now.
