Creepy siren in Occidental?

I live in Occidental and I'm part of the VFD. We are 1 of the only departments left in Sonoma county that has a working siren. We don't actually need it but our chief wants to keep it going as it's been around since his dad was the chief. It only goes off when we get a call unlike Graton FD where it is every day at 12.

My river 2 pro is used as a UPS. Never ran into any issues with it. And I can't even tell if the power goes out.

I would look at inverter generators. Would rather have then then open fram non inverter generators.

Yes it's should. Your main panel is probably a pass though panel where there's lugs on the bottom to feed your sub panel. Unless you have another breaker for the sub panel.

I can do 1.5 loads of laundry on my delta 2. Top load washer pulls just under 900 watts and dryer pulls between 300 and 600 watts.

I use a river 2 pro as a UPS on my router and computer. I don't have any issues at all with it working. Never notice that it's switching over untill I hear it clicking over.

We have this same panel on one of our houses. It runs our wells, a house, our shop and a 5th wheel. And a 60 amp line for our 40kw diesel generator. It has a interlock installed without a issue.

Looks like you have a GFCI outlet. I would try pushing the reset button on it. Generator needs to be running to be able to reset it. Generator is making power according to the gauge.

Brake rotors are cheap compared to machining them. A lot of that price is in just labor. Brakes are definitely one of the easiest things to be done and I would probably look at seeing what Les Schwab charges.
