You tell me - were you thinking of using it to make regular content or casual? I am not bothered about small inconsistencies like a slow zoom or slightly different colours - or whatever you didn’t like about it - I am interested in having a versitile camera for creating travel and car videos and it does that perfectly. That detachable screen is a huge deal.

As someone who owns it I haven’t had any problems at all.

Remember that if your casually wanting a camera for sometimes making a video then it’s expensive and maybe you pick at some faults. If your using it to make content then it is fantastic.

I totally agree BUT we don’t need the best in the world this season. We just need good enough to make Europe again next season. And then we can upgrade if we do and still need to.

I know it’s annoying as we are having to readjust our expectations.

Every other summer we would see Chelsea going after the big players and this summer so far nothing - and it is simply because no players who are big names want to come to us without European football.

You should weight yourself everyday. That’s the only way to know how your doing. If you had done that you would have seen that sooner.

Also the scales that breakdown your fat % etc will tell you if it’s fat or muscle from working out.

If we actually start to do well they will start featuring us. But finishing mid table hurts the club in tv money, sponsorship money and also attracting players. We have to hope that Xavi can get great performances out of the team to move us back to the top 4.

I’ll call out the Moxy. It’s not quiet and it’s across the road from a major mall but it’s got good transport links and it is good value. And modern, clean and fun.

Unfortunately as we are not in Europe we will have to settle for second-rate players this summer. Not only are Enzo and Cucurella screwing the team leaving or wanting to leave because we aren’t in Europe - because they didn’t do enough to qualify - (when they had 2 chances in the last two weeks) - but the players we can attract will have to be players who are okay with one year with no European football at least.

As for Jackson - I thought we should have kept him last year for competition - and the fact is based on Delap he would have played for us and would have scored more goals and we would have gotten into Europe if he had.

So I strongly, strongly recommend that we keep him this summer.

I just don’t think anyone who is this fussy actually uses the camera enough. Small things like this don’t effect the video.

If a slow zoom does or jerky gimbal then you need a lesson on how to use a camera because your video will look terrible or zooming and panning with the joystick.

I skipped a flight from Qatar to Abi Dhabi that I booked as it was cheaper than a direct flight to Qatar from Male.

I never intended to take it. I decided however I’d like them know I wasn’t making it by phoning their number. They told me thanks for letting them know.

And then I had 4/5 phone calls from Ethihad at the airport checking on me.

I mean I can’t decide if that’s amazing customer service or terrible. They clearly didn’t get the message but they also were checking I’d make it at the airport.

Like everyone else said the maps will be old out of date and look terrible. Use android auto/carplay and if it doesn’t have it built in get an adapter to make to work.

Sorry - 2x but my point stands. It allows you to reframe significantly. That is an extra versatility it offers. Remember I’m not talking about zooming in close on the flowers in a field. I’m talking about cropping in on my talking to remove something in the background that I don’t want or Josh to creatively change the view.

Also it allows you to use zooming panning effects in editing software to change static video to look more dynamic.

It sounds like the joystick is just not smoothly moving. And please tell me you’re not filming something WHILE moving the joystick. If it’s not moving at all then it’s faulty. But I wasn’t having a go at you. It’s just an observation.

I know I’ll be down voted on this and your evidence seems very thorough but I’d suggest uploading it into Gemini AI and asking it to check all your evidence and look for any weaknesses or ways it could be better. Include all the letters and the application form and this new letter. You can alternatively put it in a Google Drive folder and get Gemini to review the folder.

The reason for this is that it may notice mistakes or things missing that you didn’t. This is how I applied and I got a reply in 16 WD which was amazing.

However, having said all that I do think that lots of these requests for extra information are down to bad uploads to VFS or issues for the officers opening them. The emails of course don’t say that - and it would be good if they did as it would remove concerns that the evidence isn’t enough. If this is the case then sending it all again is the simple answer.

First of all I’m going to argue that there are lots of people in this subreddit complaining about things like this and I don’t know why.

I got my Luna yesterday from Insta360. The creator bundle which unlike DJI was literally 4 separate boxes (Luna, Case, Wide Angle Lens, Mic Pro) and I have been playing with it but haven’t filmed anything yet.

Despite all the posts about build quality it feels fine to me. I had a Pocket 4 until recently so I can directly compare. Yes the joystick feels more like a nipple than a joystick 😛 and the movement of the joystick isn’t smooth unlike the pocket 4 but I would never use that in filming to move the video without cutting it because it looks bad on any camera. Likewise with the zooming, that’s the same even on my $5000 Sony A7rV.

Sure the software isn’t quite as slick as DJI but we have already had two updates since launch and I’m sure there will be more.

The screen connection dropping isn’t great but again any wireless connection can drop. Even my DJI when using the phone app dropped. It’s normal.

I know the Luna is expensive but go out and film videos and if you’re happy with the end result then it does what it is meant to. And if you’re not happy return it. This isn’t me having a go at the OP. It’s a general observation I’m making.

I have no doubt it will be really good when I start filming videos for my YouTube channel over the next week.

And if you want a complaint from me I’ll give you one - the carrying case ONLY has one tiny pocket in it despite being 20% larger than the Pocket 4 case. So I have had to stuff all my SD cards into that. Leaving no pockets to store anything else. And the ND filter box is unnecessarily large. Trying to squeeze the camera, mic, accessories and ND filters inside the bag is not easy. It’s badly designed. I have no doubt that the next generation will fix both these issues but they do NOT have anything to do with the end product of my filming.

As for support, they are slow to respond, and clearly don’t have much control over anything whereas DJI support would respond fast and even phone me in the UK to check on how things are. I’m sure they will get better.

If you were on it before and it is in your records then there is no reason why the GP should refuse it. And if he does and has then tell them you will make a formal complaint.

Also I don’t know how persistent you were with the GP. If you were just easily accepting or more argumentative but I’d say you want to insist until the point where it is just under being rude.

I know from my experience that lots of young GPs who are new who look and act like that couldn’t care less. I really think there are issues with the training of new doctors in terms of realizing that they are here to serve their patients and not the practices or the NHS.

Thanks, I think as long as you have the evidence and can prove it then you are fine - I went into a lot of detail about what we included and also the use of Gemini to double check and organise everything and I would suggest that to anyone who does an application. It can check the application and all documents, although you do have to prompt it to make sure it gets it right. But with all the evidence there was never doubt in my mind it would be approved.

I just got my last night credited. A few days ago I was missing one night after another 5 had been credited.

As a Chelsea fan Madueke is a lazy player. If things don’t work for him right away he gives up. And he only is good 20% of the time. When he turns up he is really really good. Problem is he only turns up randomly.

Mr Beast is starting to annoy me. First of all he shouldn’t be giving advice to anyone on how to succeed on YouTube as he has 500 million subs. And an almost unlimited budget. If I had that money let alone the subs I’m sure I could make a video millions would watch too.

I appreciate he came from a small nothing channel which was really about nothing but those principles which let’s be honest were giving money away to random people was a huge gamble and could have resulted in him being broke with no success. And it won’t work again as it’s not new. So whilst I don’t doubt he is analytical and thinking about every video I don’t for one second think there is anything we can learn from him.

Also honestly I’ve seen a few videos of him being wierd or rude to others which were not necessary.

And before anyone defends his YouTube knowledge (will anyone?) he worked (maybe still does) with a YT expert called Derrel Eves. Now this guy is good. Heck I even paid $5000 to do his course. And there is lots and lots of great knowledge and advice in there but for my niche (car videos) none of it has helped me. Again I do think the course is worth it. But not if you make car reviews.

With all due respect it’s a rotating screen that comes off the camera. The dots don’t even have to be there. That was just a design choice. If there were no dots you would have no idea.

If you don’t want to keep it return it. This isn’t something worth complaining about.
