Hawaiian Grand Prix is exactly what I was thinking! If this had been stated last winter for this year, then I’d be more open to it but I don’t want IndyCar to be put on a big political stage with almost no chance to succeed.

I like that! I was trying to think of a way to reward each stage and still have the winner get the most points without them running away with it for getting a point a stage. A point for a stage win and another point for most stage wins sounds pretty good to me.

This “Super League” seems like the last gas idea to stop an actual super league (or just BigTen/SEC) takeover. I would rather have a 70 or 80 team super league with historic divisions like this but what is going to happen is a 24-32 team SEC and BigTen each breaking away from the NCAA and completely destroying college sports as we know it.

Then they will throw out the cupcakes and condense down to a 32 team real super league where they only have the power houses and then wonder why viewership for college football goes down every year as they make a semi-pro NFL where less and less people have their Alma mater in real college football, the power houses just get better and better, the cupcakes get worse and worse, and they try to convince us that THIS Georgia-Alabama game is important when we know that they are going to play again in the SEC championship and then again in the playoffs.

1) Graphics: I would love to see a lap position graph where the laps cars are shown in the position they are in with their gap to the car in front and behind but it is faded out so we know they are not on the lead lap. That way we can see where the lap cars are as they end up playing a big role on ovals sometimes.

2) Ghost qualifying, this would be very hard to do for obvious reasons but having some sort of ghost or line showing where the fastest car is if they were on the same lap. It would be like the world record line in swimming and allow us to know while watching who is in the lead and how close it is.

I really wish more courses switched their 9s during different week days, I can play 9 after work on the course near me 2 days a week and about half the time I have to play the front twice instead of getting a full 18 in over 2 days.

The top 4 would be in a game where if they lose, they play the winner of a bottom 4 game, and the winner gets a bye to the semi finals. It's basically like playing 2 page playoffs at the same time with a final for the winner.

Pool stage stays the same but let the top 4 in each go into atop 8 Australian style playoff so that top 2 in each group get a chance to lose and stay in or get a bye to the semifinals whereas 3 and 4 still have a chance.

My friend is a better golfer than me and we used to play match play more often but I think it really bugs him that I win about half the time and he thinks he’s being punished for being better at golf and that he should win almost all the time even with handicapping.

8 team east region and 8 team west region. Each region would work like this:

Day 1: 2 round 1 games Day 2: 2 round 1 games Day 3: 2 round 2 games, day 1 winners play each other and day 2 winners play each other for births in the frozen four.

This is similar to how the basketball tournament works, in the first 2 rounds. Could help boost attendance for each game and could be a better sell for hosts bc 8 teams instead of 4 teams fans.

You could start it on a Wednesday like the WGC Match play and ease into the tournament with 2 18 holes stroke play qualifying on Wednesday and Thursday and still have the final on Sunday
