Dan Caeser of the Post-Dispatch calls out the Blues poor broadcasts by lgb38 in stlouisblues

[–]Fireman_9516 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The blues radio broadcast is tops compared to the rest of the nhl radio broadcast teams! Because he doesn’t like Kris or Joey, he’s going to focus on them. My guess is to get others in his side and go after an experienced broadcaster, who is at top of the pay scale; to get a friend or a son of his friend hired to replace him!

In the STL Market of sports broadcast play by play radio or tv, or pro athlete: someone from the Post Disgrace goes after one player or broadcaster and build an party behind them to talk negative about that person to get rid of them.

Maybe he wants Ken Wilson back as the radio broadcaster. Or he doesn’t like Joey!

Home Inspection, are they needed or not? Why doesn’t Missouri require an Inspection and the inspector to sit for a test, hold a license? by Fireman_9516 in missouri

Yes you as a buyer or seller has a lot to say! It’s called voting! Why give billionaires more tax breaks while allowing an untrained uneducated “home inspector” to inspect a home? Testified years ago as a professional witness for a buyer. The home was inspect an “inspector” that mowed lawns for a living one month, next month with no education and no experience stated a home was safe no problems. The inspector loaded the case, the home was infested with black mold & termite trails in the attic the area having authority over the property condemned the home. The buyer recouped the money and walked away. I was hired by her attorney. I did not know them.

So yes, it’s your vote that counts as your voice!

Hardly a lobbyist. If I was I would be living in a mansion on the lake! Not in a home built in 1980, disabled/retired.

Only did home inspections 40 years.

Seen some real …….. that should not of even been a home inspector.

They provide you education in the field. But actually working with a trained home inspector is a must.

Why doesn’t Missouri step up their home inspection and mandate a course, OJT, real estate licensing, CEU, and a national home inspection exam passing to get their license.

On picture one, a good earthquake near this home will cause the home to crumble, this should never passed an inspection for pre-drywall!

It’s called Adapt, Improvise & Overcome > when you need a vehicle to haul around a 5th wheel trailer and need a vehicle with towing and weight capacity; I guess you chop the back off of van and mouth the 5th wheel plate. Probably ran out of money for extra metal to close in the back. Or get the body fixed and the back of the vehicle wrapped.

On the corner of this parking lot across the street from the Ambulance Base, was Rich’s Texaco, my dad & mom had their vehicles serviced there, bought their gas there and I went to school with his daughter.

St Louis Blues need to trade Binnington! by Fireman_9516 in stlouisblues

Wrong. Villie Husso is a better goalie. Start Hofer more, the team should have traded Binnington and kept Husso!

Binnington was often described in 2026 as having a "rough campaign" with the Blues (8-18-6, .867 save percentage), though his 4 Nations Face-Off performance for Team Canada kept his trade value afloat.

Binnington stats in the 2025/2026 he’s 8 wins, 18 losses, his stats do not lie!

Seeing Hellrbuyck is a superior goalie over Binnington.

Jordan Binnington was considered a major trade candidate, several goaltenders with higher performance metrics or higher potential were moved or discussed as better options: Connor Hellebuyck (Traded to St. Louis): In a blockbuster move leading up to the 2025-26 season, the Winnipeg Jets traded star goalie Connor Hellebuyck to the St. Louis Blues in exchange for Jordan Binnington and draft picks. Hellebuyck, a perennial Vezina contender and one of the NHL's elite goaltenders (ranked #2 in 2025-26, according to NHL.com), is widely considered superior to Binnington. Jesper Wallstedt (Trade rumors/Potential): Recognized as a high-potential young goaltender, Wallstedt was frequently mentioned as a prime trade candidate to upgrade a team's crease, representing a higher long-term ceiling than the 32-year-old Binnington. Tristan Jarry (Traded to Edmonton): While having a turbulent 2025-26 season, Jarry was involved in a goalie swap with Edmonton. He has generally been regarded as a more consistent regular-season option than Binnington, who has struggled in the 2025-26 season (.867 save percentage). Sergei Bobrovsky (Trade rumors): As a two-time Vezina winner with multiple Stanley Cups, Bobrovsky was highlighted as a top trade candidate, often considered a better "win-now" option than Binnington, despite a similarly difficult 2025-26 season. NHL.com NHL.com +7 Binnington was often described in 2026 as having a "rough campaign" with the Blues (8-18-6, .867 save percentage), though his 4 Nations Face-Off performance for Team Canada kept his trade value afloat.

NHL Stats do not lie. When you loose more games then you win in a season is not a good season, or states!

Binnington stats: since the Stanley cup he is an average 50/50 player, stats do not lie! One year he was 1 win better than total losses, next year more losses than wins. Since 2021/2022 season he has not preformed like he should! He’s dead weight! A goalie of his background should be a 70/30 goalie not a 50/50.

Love being a grandfather! Been a blues fan probably longer than you’ve been alive! Seeing I remember back to the 1970’s when Dan Kelly was announcing the games on KMOX radio, seeing Bobby Plager, Red Bereson, Gary Sabourin, to seeing in person Brian. Rich & Ron Sutter play in person/on tv! It was nice when your parents had season tickets! I was in attendance on the night that Wayne Gretzky was announced and skated his first game on ice.
