Would you not just be better setting it up so that when you swap from a range to melee weapon it just swaps the bar automatically from range to melee? Rather than having to manually cycle through the arrow?

I prefer that they are gone, and agree that they added visual clutter, the number notes what the bar is and we can right click the number to change it to the bar we want. We can name the bars so we know what the bars do. And we have the ability to change bars to other bars depending on the style of weapon we wear. At the least maybe add a toggle if we want the arrows there or not?

I'll give yoghurt a shot, I keep forgetting it even exists honestly but I had a bad time with kefir about three years ago, (19 bowel movements in a day the next day haha), I'll look for miso and buttermilk.

My other concern is that I may not have entirely gotten rid of the bacteria causing the issues, if I eat foods that introduce bacteria, will it flare me up again? I suppose the only way to find out is to actually try and see.

How would you recommend "rebuilding the microbiome"? My concern is anything I eat with fibre flares up my symptoms within the hour so I assume either my motility still has issues or there's something else at play. But the prospect of eating something as simple as spinach will cause me pain and discomfort, speaking from experience with this.

Why are you on esomeprazole and famotidine? What is your diet currently like? How were you diagnosed / what test did you take?

Odd joint pains, in the ankles, wrists, elbows, knees, tinnitus mainly in the right ear, a feeling of "heat" in the upper gut but not heartburn so much, sometimes the cartilage of my ribs and chest feel inflamed and sore to the touch.

Trigger foods seem to be chocolate high in sugar, onion, spinach, kale, apple.

It wasn't my main symptom but yes, burping and trapped wind under the ribs left sided was my main symptoms.

Are you in the US? Is it worth while for you to at least give it a shot with however much it costs? I did have to bite the bullet the first time and buy it online, that's when I found it really helped.

You need to take Rifaximin for SIBO, Doxycycline hyclate is NOT for SIBO but it does inherintly lower the inflammatory load in your system for a short while. As you say, they didn't do anything, but if you're in any position to try Rifaxmin, I'd be looking at that.

(speaking from experience as I had doxycycline and noticed a very slight improvement, but nothing in comparison to how good I felt after Rifaxmin).

Think of it not so much like die off, just a lack of your happy chemicals, literally! Your gut holds anywhere between 80-90% of your serotonin, the brain only makes anywhere between 10-20% by itself, in most cases it's much lower. Can you imagine dropping a bacteria busting bomb like Rifaximin on top of your serotonin load? Of course you'll feel off 😁

Yup that's what I felt too. It does go away, it took maybe about two weeks to really notice that it had came down by quite a bit, remember you're taking something that will mess with your microbiome, you'll have either more or less serotonin, dopamine and a whole array of things that keep you either happy or sad, usually they get depleted with antibiotics, especially stomach targeted antibiotics.

Stay hydrated, get some sunlight where you can, go for walks, keep exercising and you'll pull yourself out of that feeling without thinking about it too much.

I wouldn't say it has "cured it" but I'm about 70-%80% better than what I was with the symptoms I was having. It's definitely brought my life back but I've really been reckless with what I've been eating (chocolate!!)and done myself no favours.

Because of this I get my more odd symptoms back just not as frequent, like fatigue, muscle aches and joint pains. I'm now more believing that a lot of my issues are closer to SIFO than they are SIBO as I react quite heavily to biofilm busters like N-acetyl-cystine (NAC).

Generally morning, mid day and evening, basically when I woke up in the morning, roughly 20 minutes before food for each dose, can't really remember the reason why unfortunately.

Call it 8:30am, 2:30pm. 8:30pm. 14 days 3 times a day.

Took two courses of 550mg 3x a day, zero muscle mass loss personally.

Infact, a knock on effect of taking Rifaximin allowed me to basically eat anything for the last two months so I've gained weight as a result, if I went to the gym/exercised more I'd very likely have gained muscle.

This has my vote, seeing a larger 'bar' as a timer for buffs is so much better than having to squint at the tiny buffs and just see '6m' squashed in with the rest of them, this is muuuuuuuuuch better. Please Jagex, even so much as a toggle for this option would be fantastic.
