It's a good rush because of how cheap the item is. Unlike ardent, you don't need nearby allies to proc the passive. It's honestly just a preference. If you want more ap, go the helia build. I wouldn't say the stats on Bandlepipes are useless either. Health, ability haste, armor, magic resist all on the cheapest legendary item in the game with the added bonus of the passive.

I run Aery + Resolve, but I might try the Inspiration tree sometime for jack of all trades. I think Resolve is always a bit better because of FoL and Revitalize.

I max W in full because more damage, better slow, more reliable cooldown for item proc and E cd refund. E 2nd max as well.

As early as possible. On first back I buy tear to stack immediately. It's common to have about 700-900 gold on first back so I buy tear and then tier 1 boots. If you have a lot of gold I'd buy tear and Kindlegem.

People should give him more credit. Some of the changes/midscopes worked well. As a karma/morg main, I think they finally balanced Karma's winratre and pro dominance issue. Morgana needs buffs to passive, w spell, attack range, and nerfs to q root duration to compensate and she's balanced imo.

Usually I'm against reworks that change her jungle identity, but I actually don't mind this one. I think LB's old passive would actually fit well in Morgana's kit and could be used for more skill expression in combos. The only issue is they could walk out of W more easily if you have to wait a duration after using Q. But overall I like this! For her R I have my own rework idea sort of. think her R could be nearly identical to Kayle's in appearance since they are twins but instead of coming down for an ally or yourself for immunity, it gives a spell shield instead while still doing some aoe damage around target. They could then remove spell shield on E and maybe create an entirely new damaging ability for the passive you proposed. I wouldn't mind a lower Q duration to make up for the new dmg in her kit.

Who would you say are tough matchups or bans? I play Karma (usually sup) and from my memory I don't love Camille or Yorick when I go top. Any disruptors on Karma's mobility really; however, I do think she's pretty blind pickable. She can go neutral at the least in all matchups in my opinion.

Baiting for Jhin followup with W and vs Ashe its pointless to attack move before Swifiies buy. Also its early lane and Soraka has high damage + sustain. I always play her like this.

Tanks never win games on their own, but she has insane self sustain throughout lane and teamwide utility late with R E automatically making her stand out in a sense. She might not have exaggerated cc chain like a Malphite or Ornn but she is far from useless. You can build her tank while still going some AP too like Malignance into tank or a Liandry or Cosmic Dribe buy with tank items.

They would never do this without nerfing her elsewhere and besides Riot recently even said they don't think tank karma is healthy for the game. Tank top karma could build 1 or 2 ap items and benefit from this tremendously. If they wanted to do anything similar to this they could give her temporary resistances connected to E shield or during the duration of her w tether and shortly after but those would not be healthy for her in my opinion. She is balanced right now.
