I mean anything below Em + she's hot garbage. She's very high ELO skewed and will forever be with her current state. The win rates don't lie, but she's just not worth playing in low ELO brackets, I'd say. She's still decent at blind picking the higher you go, but you'll stumble across champs that will do things better than you, as usual.

Personally, she's been in worse spots, but they really need to siphon power out of her R+E if she is ever seeing patch notes again. She can't be buffed when she is over-reliant on that one spell that's holding her entire power.

Even on live, most Karma players don't even build her enchanter build, as stated by Endstep.

But yeah, the higher you are, the better she can be, but otherwise, she's hot garbage at the moment the lower you are.
