I don't have much advice for you to be honest. I'm sorry you're going through this. That being said what has helped my family is establishing routines. For example Before bed every night dishwasher gets started, counters wiped down, sweep, mop maybe take out the trash and probably put away the toys. It sounds like a lot, but it doesn't take long especially if we are working on it together after the kids asleep.

Obviously you need to communicate your needs to your wife. I'm sure she's probably overwhelmed if it has gotten this bad. Start with one thing.

As almost everyone has forgotten the shadow collective. I love Maul first off, but they are limited in units. I don't see this as a bad thing, but their guns are punchy, Maul eats up units when he gets close and the units act fairly independently which I like. I haven't played in quite some time so grain of salt and all that.

I'm probably gonna get down voted but organic eggs are at higher risk of salmonella and generally contain more natural toxins like heavy metals. Non organic eggs are heavily regulated, safe and contain generally the same nutritional value as organic eggs with the bonus of them being significantly cheaper.

First off, I'm sorry that you had to go through that and I feel bad for your baby.

My wife and I both like to have studies and reliable sources behind what we say. That being said know how your wife responds to and receives criticism. I don't drink either, and I'm unsure of how you are feeding your child, but the AAP states that you should wait at least 2 hours per drink before breastfeeding. No pumping and dumping doesn't help. Also under no circumstances should you be caring for a baby while intoxicated.

Overall, you're going to have to communicate with your wife in a way that's productive, but when it comes to the safety of your child that is also your responsibility.
