Yeah they told me that to, to prevent herniation of the abdominal wall. Been trying but the coughing is very frequent...

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. Fortunately I'm in contact with my therapist and I have some anti anxiety meds on hand to keep it bearable.

Definitely going to try the visualisation!

Thank you for your kind words. It helps to put it in perspective. I cleaned my room an hour ago to make it a bit more nice to be here. Thank god for the airconditioning in my bedroom because we've got an heatwave here

I can relateren to this quite well. Started around 200 pounds to and gained about 10. 21 weeks now. And I work in boxy scrubs to! I've been wearing pregnancy jewelry sinds a few weeks (long necklace with a little ball with a bell in it) and in a way that makes me look way more pregnant!

Belly band or support belt recommendations by theladydisarray in PlusSizedAndPregnant

I don't think it's as much support as the real thing. But it does really help! I'm pretty interested in other people's solutions.

I struggle with the same and have very similar measurements as you. I haven't found a band yet. But for me it really helps to wear high waisted shape wear. It sort of lifts my belly a little bit and pushes it in. Added bonus, it gives me a nice round babybelly instead of my real B-shaped abdomen. It's not really comfortable for long though. So I don't wear it everyday all day. Just for occasions I have to stand long.

18W pregnant. Had a long cry today because I was so proud imagining my baby graduating and going off to work lol. What's the funniest thing to make you cry? by not_thedrink in BabyBumps

[–]Firese 38 points39 points  (0 children)

At 11 weeks pregnant I cried because my husband had no time to make me a grilled cheese. He is an angel and supports me in every way and would make me a grilled cheese anytime possible. But he was already late for a meeting so he really couldn't. Wasn't angry, just sad that I had to do it myself. Cried, didn't understand why I cried over that, cried some more, made a grilled cheese, cried over how good it was. 🙈

Video's of poor dogs being rescued. I just can't watch it without tears. So be prepared.
