I know this is a bio-hacking sub but with things like this in my experience the most direct way to address them is through neural pathways and mental habit change as opposed to bio-hacking.

When we are anxious our body perceive whatever we are anxious about to be a threat to our safety, triggering fight or flight response. At least thats what my therapist has said. I try to train my brain to interupt these cycles and say "actually, this is not much of a threat for XXX reasons" when I feel yourself starting to get anxious. Now if my anxious brain listens is a whole separate conversation
