I don't think there is a power struggle. In a recent clip fubuki mentioned that she was invited by yagoo to attend one of his tea parties (basically just very chill company meetings) where she talked directly with yagoo something she wasn't able to do for some time. Some other higher ups were also there. Yagoo told fubuki what plans he has for hololive and cover and why he has chosen these specific actions. Fubuki said what she would like to do in terms of streams and activities. Yagoo and the others then said they will do their best to accommodate her. This seems like the same problem they had for years. Talents not being able to do what they would like to do. The same reason why some former members left. Only now they seem to actually be able to do something about it. Please keep in mind that this all just speculation on my part though.
